To successfully add or renew a plan, your SpeakOut account must have the price of the plan plus applicable e911 government-mandated taxes. Only one plan can be active on your account. No credit for unused data allocations. Your available data allocation can be checked from your online SpeakOut Account. Account balances are non-transferable and non-refundable. To change a plan, log onto your online account and submit your request or contact Customer Service by calling 611 from your cell phone. Your request will be processed once your current plan has completed its activation cycle.
